We center storytelling to promote learning and address complex social issues within and between diverse communities. Since the launch of our first education program in 2007, we have served thousands of Chicagoans with a focus on our city’s BIPOC, immigrant, and refugee families. By exploring and sharing their unique stories, participants imagine a more just and connected Chicagoland.
We proudly offer this innovative programming to Chicago’s classrooms, community centers, senior centers, social service agencies, park districts, and universities.
Our Educational Programs
Our EPIC (Empathic Playwriting Intensive Course) program is designed to develop empathy and communication skills through the craft of playwriting.
Myths to Drama, our original education program, introduces elementary school learners to classical myths of Silk Road cultures.
